The Sideshow Exclusive Shin Akuma statue represents Akuma once the Dark Hadou have consumed his soul. This piece is extremely limited, with only 125 pieces available worldwide outside of Japan (total edition size TBD). Akuma stands 18.5 inches tall, and over 20" tall when including the base. The figure is cast in high-quality polystone, then dressed in real fabric clothing. Each figure includes a signed certificate of authenticity.

Who Akuma is remains a mystery. Anyone who gets close enough to discover his origin would likely not live long enough to tell the tale. What is known is that he practices a system of martial arts unmistakably similar to, yet profoundly different from, the arts practiced by Ryu and Ken. In battle, Akuma is consumed by a 'killing intent' - the need to defeat and utterly destroy one's opponent, no matter the cost. Any who have seen this phenomenon in person have met their end.
